2. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your QR codes secure.
• You agree not to use our service for illegal activities or harassment.
• One phone number is allowed per trial account.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

PrivaQR is a communication tool, not a security guard. We are not liable for:

• Theft or damage to your assets (cars, luggage, etc.).
• Missed calls or messages due to internet network issues.
• The content of messages sent by third-party scanners.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
